As our Growth Marketing Rockstar, you'll be the driving force behind our online presence, managing dynamic Facebook and Instagram campaigns, crafting high-converting landing pages, forging strategic partnerships, and refining our overall communication strategy. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute winning Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing for maximum ROI
- Design and implement conversion-focused landing pages, utilizing A/B testing and user feedback to continually improve results
- Establish and nurture valuable partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other industry stakeholders to expand our reach and drive growth
- Collaborate with our content team to create compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing objectives
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a focus on social media advertising and campaign management
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms, targeting options, and best practices
- Proficiency in designing high-converting landing pages, with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successful partnership development
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
