Sell our audits, trainings and consultancy services to the Belgian’s landscape of Tech companies. Because Sellsior is still growing this role will include other tasks also.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop the business by uncovering new opportunities.
- Manage a volume business i.e. many deals in a given period.
- Register and follow up opportunities in Salesforce.
- Win deals in a competitive environment to overachieve targets.
- Own and deliver a monthly sales target.
- Report on hard KPI’s.
- Sell solutions to new and existing Sellsior customers.
- Build successful sales campaigns.
- Liaise with business contacts to develop & manage relationships, identify new opportunities tosell our services.
- Coach peers based on your own experiences and drive them to better results.
- Facilitate in training and coaching sessions both internally (Sellsior) and externally (Clientfacing).
- Close alignment with internal parties around our different offerings.
- Participate in after-hours networking or commercial events (i.e. fairs, ).

**Detailed description and Job Requirements**
Sellsior is **expanding at a very fast rate**. This is creating internal opportunities to facilitate our further growth. Because we strongly believe that Sales is the bloodline of a company, we want to invest in this division first. Knowing that we are still in full expansion, certain side tasks will be assigned to this role also.
The first and far most requirement that we are looking for in someone is that the person is **willing to start working immediately on a commission-based plan**. Hard targets will be set to drive a complete sales cycle where you will work to achieve a maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory. You will use all available techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
Important to know is that you will **manage accounts throughout the entire sales process** and collaborate with internal team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs. The salary will be comprised of a **fixed (70%) and a variable (30%) component**. During the first 3 months, we will pay out 100% of the salary. From the 4th month onwards, the salary will be based on achieved sales in line with the yearly redefined sales targets. **Commission will be uncapped**.
To **develop solution proposals** covering all aspects of our portfolio, **travel to customer** sites, **participate in sales developmen**t, and deliver **customer presentations**. Negotiate and close strategic deals with C-levels. Manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and maximize sales through networking and stakeholder meetings. Attend relevant events, even outside business hours. Your physical presence in the office is required on a full-time basis.

- Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience in a commercial work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills and stand out in efficiency.
