Als Retail Trainer ben je intern en extern de technische specialist over een breed assortiment in witgoed. Je...
- Traint jouw nieuwe en bestaande collega’s: sales, customer service, managementteam, etc.
- Traint externe partners (klanten van wederverkopers, retailklanten, opleiders van distributiecentra, opleidingscentra)
- Stelt aantrekkelijke presentaties en coachings op waar je een combinatie voorziet van face-to-face training en e-learning
- Maakt een opleidingsverslag op en volgt de return on investment van jouw opleiding op
- Biedt ondersteuning bij de verkoop-en marketingactiviteiten tijdens interne en externe commerciële evenementen zoals seminaries, productlanceringen, beurzen, etc.
- Neemt deel aan internationale opleidingen en productpresentaties
- Beheert budgetten voor de uitgevoerde opleidingen en projecten
**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn als Retail Trainer?**
- Een eerste ervaring binnen Sales of als Trainer binnen een retailomgeving
- Je bent een natuurlijke spreker
- Je neemt mensen mee in jouw verhaal en hebt een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht
- Je bent leergierig en wil specialist worden in jouw vak
- Je bent tweetalig Frans/Nederlands en spreekt vlot Engels
