**UW MISSIES**:
- Samen met de logistiek verantwoordelijken, analyseer je de **personeelsnoden** en bepaal je de aan te werven chauffeursprofielen.
- Je gaat continu op zoek naar nieuwe **rekruteringsmogelijkheden**: sociale media, jobdagen, beurzen, nieuwe samenwerkingen met rekruteringspartners,zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van zo’n zaken. Je krijgt hierin de **volle vrijheid om creatief te zijn**.
- Het **onboardingproces** is eveneens jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt voor een aangenaam onthaal en brengt alle nodige administratie in orde.
- Ook **opvolgingsgesprekken** met de mensen die je aangeworven hebt, maakt deel uit van je taken. Je analyseert hun feedback onder andere op het vlak van onthaal, opleiding, eerste indrukken van het team en functie-inhoud. Samen met het HR en logistieke team, werk je verbeterpunten uit die de onboarding optimaliseren.
- Je staat in voor een correcte wekelijkse **loonadministratie** van de uitzendkrachten.
- Onze open-deur-politiek staat garant voor een cultuur van overleg. Je wordt dus beschouwd als **klankbord** voor uiteenlopende vragen van onze uitzendkrachten (loonverwerking, sociaal-juridische items, verlofrechten, persoonlijke problematieken,) en als **adviseur** naar leidinggevenden toe rond het functioneren van hun team (absenteïsmegesprekken, loopbaanbegeleiding, functioneringsgesprekkenI,).
**UW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor
- of masterdiploma (handelwetenschappen, psychologie, sociale wetenschappen,) of kan terugvallen op een eerste gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ook pas afgestudeerden komen in aanmerking.
- Ervaring met het rekruteren van chauffeurs, is een troef. Kennis van wetgeving rond transport in het algemeen is zeker een meerwaarde.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van **het Nederlands en het Frans**. Je moet in staat zijn om in **beide landstalen** een vlot gesprek te voeren met diverse gesprekspartners (sollicitanten, leidinggevenden, interimkantoren,).
- Dagelijkse sociale contacten zijn voor jou een stimulans om goed te functioneren.
- Werken met mensen is jouw passie en je kan vlot jouw communicatiestijl aanpassen aan jouw gesprekspartner.
- Je bent voldoende assertief en oplossingsgericht, toont empathie en hebt een uitgesproken teamgeest.
- Je denkt digitaal, creatief en hebt kennis van **sociale media**.
- Je stelt je flexibel op, bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en gaat regelmatig op verplaatsing naar één van onze vestigingen in Vlaanderen en Wallonië.
- Je bent discreet en gaat zorgvuldig om met bedrijfs-, medewerkers
- en kandidaatgevoelige informatie.
- Je werkt voltijds maar binnen het systeem van glijdende uren en telewerk.
