**Talent Acquisition & Business Recruiter | Function**:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from first contact to providing recommendations to the business teams, ensuring the best fit for business profiles and future interns.
- Introduce and implement innovative ideas to elevate the recruitment process, making it more efficient and engaging.
- Support the communication and the social media platforms to attract top talents.
- Develop and establish HR policies to ensure a smooth and compliant workplace.
- Serve as the single point of contact for both Business Recruitment and Corporate Recruitment.

**Talent Acquisition & Business Recruiter | Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Management or related fields.
- At least two year’s experience in HR or Consulting.
- Fluent in English and French.
- A good entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to results.
- A dynamic, outgoing, and ambitious personality.
