Onze klant is een gekende speler in zijn branche. Hays HR Brussel is hiervoor op zoek naar een gedreven Talent Acquisition Manager die de volledige rekrutering op zich zal nemen op zowel operationeel als strategisch vlak.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
In deze uitdagende functie ben je in hoofdzaak verantwoordelijk voor de volledige interne rekrutering. Je doet de intake met de hiring managers, maakt de vacatureomschrijving op en publiceert deze, beheert de instroom van kandidaten, doet de eerste interviews, de opvolging na de gesprekken met de hiring managers en de contractvoorstellen indien positief. Naast dit operationele luik, sta je ook in voor het verder uitwerken van de strategie en denk je mee na op welke manier jullie de war for talent kunnen winnen. Naast rekrutering - dat ongeveer 70% van je tijd zal innemen - zal je je ook bezig houden met Learning & Development. Tot slot zal je ook de kans krijgen om mee te werken aan diverse HR-projecten, bijvoorbeeld met betrekking tot employer branding, diversity & inclusion,

**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze gevarieerde functie zijn we op zoek naar kandidaten met een absolute passie voor rekrutering. Je behaalde een Bachelor of Master diploma en kan bij voorkeur minimum 5 jaar in Talent Acquisition voorleggen. Je bent iemand zeer gedreven, energiek en zelfsturend en kan met nieuwe ideeën komen. Je bent ondernemend, hands-on en hebt een positieve ingesteldheid. Je beheert perfect het Nederlands en Frans en spreekt ook een aardig mondje Engels.

Ook is er een flexibel uurrooster, is er de mogelijkheid om 50% van de tijd van thuis uit te werken en zijn er 35 vakantiedagen.
