As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join a supportive global team and act as the go‑to expert for regional hiring matters, partnering closely with local leaders to support the business growth strategically. Key Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation—with a strong focus on sales positions. Sourcing & Networking: Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies. Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals. What Makes This Role Exciting?
