Nous recrutons un chargé de recrutement en interne pour un groupe international spécialisé en consulting basé à Bruxelles.
Vos missions:
En tant que responsable du recrutement, vous aurez pour mission de gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les postes clés de notre entreprise, que ce soit pour les fonctions front office (recruteurs, Business Managers, directeurs et Country Managers) ou pour les fonctions back office (RH, marketing, informatique, finance, etc.).
Votre rôle sera de travailler en étroite collaboration avec le comité exécutif pour élaborer, proposer, piloter et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de recrutement de l'entreprise.
Vous devrez également créer et fournir des solutions innovantes et efficaces pour approcher les meilleurs talents, en utilisant des techniques telles que l'approche directe, le réseautage, les événements et les job boards.
Vous devrez élaborer un processus de sélection en fonction des critères de l'entreprise.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe d'acquisition de talents pour exploiter notre réseau existant, développer notre image de marque en tant qu'employeur et mettre en œuvre notre stratégie de gestion des campus, notamment en participant à des salons de l'emploi, des ateliers et en recrutant des ambassadeurs des campus.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le recrutement et avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement stimulant et de réaliser des objectifs.
Vous maitrisez Linkedin recruiter.
Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, le néerlandais étant un atout.
