**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
**YOUR FOCUS**
- You are responsible for the 360° recruitment
- Together with the Founder you create an attractive job advertisement and determine the needs and the sourcing strategy
- You drive the requisition process in our Applicant Tracking System
- You pursue local and digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events together with other sales team members.
**YOUR PROFILE**
Head Hunting is your passion. You master talent development with a proven national or international B2B e-commerce track record enabling you to leverage this European challenge.
- You have 3 years of relevant experience as Talent Acquisition Partner
- A proven Talent acquisition track record in B2B e-Commerce
- Your DNA is digital
- A good experience in B2B social media: Linkedin, YouTube, Twitter
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- You have strong communication hunting attitude
- Fluent command of English is required, French and other second languages is a plus
- You hold a BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
