You are passionate about people and recruitment and you are looking for the next step in a corporate but people-centric and informal environment. As part of the corporate Belgilux team, you will work for different brands, departments and level of seniority: from finding young graduates to senior managers.

**A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
This role combines Corporate Recruiter responsibilities with Campus Recruitment, making it versatile and diverse. You will have the following responsibilities:

- Working with all levels of the company from different divisions or businesses (for example Nespresso, Purina, Nutrition, Confectionary, Nestlé Health Science, Professional (B2B)) challenging hiring managers when needed.
- Developing and implementing a diverse & Inclusive Campus Recruitment and Internship Policy for Nestlé Belgilux; promoting Nestlé (online) at colleges and universities.
- Supervising 1 recruitment trainee.
- Contact person for Global and Zone Europe for the Nestlé Needs Youth policy in Belgium and working with local external partners within the Alliance for Youth.
- Work with international colleagues such as the sourcing team in Milan, colleagues from Zone Europe responsible for Nestle Needs Youth or local preferred partners.

**What will make you successful**:
We are looking for someone with at least:

- 2-3 years of experience in the recruiting industry, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- The Ability to work autonomously & transfer knowledge and skills to different stakeholders in the organization. You are also well very organized and passionate about people.
- A very good knowledge level of Dutch and/or French, and a strong understanding of English.
- A good knowledge of a recruitment software (we are using SuccessFactors).
- Experience recruiting on LinkedIn.
- Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG would be great, but is not mandatory.
