Our client, a large company active in the Banking sector, is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Team.
**Beschrijving**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire selection process of internal and external job openings in your assigned business areas:
- You work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners. You coordinate to properly understand recruitment needs and establish the desired profile.
- You are responsible for the entire selection process: phone screening, interviews, managing the salary proposal and contract signing.
- You act as an expert within your departments and ensure optimal communication with the business throughout the process.
- You participate in job fairs and represent the company at colleges and universities. You develop a privileged collaboration with them so that talents easily find their way to our bank.
- You proactively guide and support priority employees in their search for a permanent job.
**Profile**
- You have successfully completed a university education and have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- You speak fluent Dutch and French.
- You are down-to-earth and decisive.
- From your maturity, business acumen and professionalism you advise stakeholders in a diplomatic way and defend your opinion.
- You are flexible, service-minded and pragmatic.
- You have a healthy dose of humor and can work autonomously as well as in a team.
