The Talent Acquisition team based in Diegem, but still with a lot of flexibility to work from home, will be here to welcome you with open arms and give you the right support when you need it. We are all about team work to make the dream come true
- Who are we looking for?_
- Your Responsibilities:_
- You will be liaising with different Business Unit Leaders and Skill Center Managers to determine recruitment needs
- You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles
- You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.
- You will actively participate in Campus recruitment, optimizing the referral process, implementing employer branding campaigns and testing out new tools and best practices in order to improve our recruitment strategy.
- You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.
- Your Profile_:
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within IT recruitment
- Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies
- Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants
- Energetic, driven and a real team player
- Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch OR French
