**Nestia Hospitality Group** est une société de management hôtelier qui propose une série de ressources transversales pour 4 établissements hôteliers.

Nestia Hospitality Group évolue au sein d’un environnement **chaleureux et convivial** où les hôtes se sentent les bienvenus et comme chez eux.

Le personnel est formé de manière intensive pour faire du séjour de ses hôtes une **expérience inoubliable.**

Afin d’assurer la croissance de Nestia, nous sommes à la recherche de **jeunes diplômé(e)s** désireux (se) de rejoindre ce programme d’apprentissage.

**Responsabilités**
Le **Management Training Program** est avant tout un circuit de formation, le « stagiaire » aura l’occasion de se former aux positions managériales dans le secteur de l’hospitalité, via un parcours d’une durée totale de **20 mois** : environ **4 mois dans 4 établissements hôteliers prestigieux**, plus une cinquième période de 4 mois passée au sein de l’équipe Nestia.
- Division du programme en cinq périodes de quatre mois, une période par établissement hôtelier:
**L’Ibis Budget à Jabbeke**

L**e Radisson Liège City Centre**

L**e Mercure Han sur Lesse**

L**e Radisson Blu à Spa Balmoral**

**Nestia Hospitality**
- Suivi d’une formation transversale à travers plusieurs types de pratiques opérationnelles.
- Prise en main de l’établissement pour une semaine dans **le rôle du** **General Manager** à la fin de chaque période.
- Évaluation au terme de chaque période de formation, par le Général Manager de l’hôtel concerné, et via une grille d’évaluation transversale objective.
- Évaluation globale en fin de programme afin d’analyser l’évolution durant le parcours pédagogique.

**Profil**
- Jeunes diplômé/es de l’enseignement supérieur de type court minimum.
- Intérêt de s’inscrire dans un processus professionnel ambitieux et à long terme.
- Curieux, entreprenants, responsables et enthousiastes.
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques de la suite Office.

**Offre**
- A l’issue du circuit et sous réserve d’évaluation satisfaisante, le stagiaire se verra proposer **une fonction managériale** et un contrat **à long terme** dans l’un des établissements hôteliers précédemment visité durant le circuit d’apprentissage.
