Voor de afdeling Technical Support & Training zijn we op zoek naar een technical trainer/advisormet passie voor techniek. Veelvuldige interne/externe contacten, kennisoverdracht via het geven trainingen aan interne Field Technicians schrikt je niet af.
Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Technical Advisor / Trainer.
Jouw takenpakket:
Enerzijds geef je technische training:
Je geeft technische productopleiding aan de nieuwe Field Technicians en werkt deze opleidingen van A tot Z af.
Je geeft technisch advies aan alle field technicians.
Je houdt je productkennis op peil en schoolt je bij m.b.t. nieuwe producten.
Je neemt deel aan de noodzakelijke concern-opleidingen en de verkregen informatie geef je op een interactieve wijze door aan het technisch team (nieuwe toestellen, producten, diensten )
Je streeft ernaar om veiligheidsvoorschriften te respecteren en deze te delen met de techniekersgroep.
Anderzijds geeft je technische ondersteuning aan de field technicians:
Je deinst niet terug voor technische problemen en zoekt doelgericht naar een oplossing en koppelt dit terug naar de field technician.
Je onderhoudt intensieve contacten met interne/externe collega’s, zowel met collega’s in het buitenland.
Uw profiel
Je beschikt over een goede kennis van:
Mechanica, hydraulica en elektriciteit
Je beschikt over een brede interesse in informatica en digitalisering;
Kennis van Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, )
Basiskennis van hardware PC (aansluitingen, poorten, )
Jij bent/hebt:
Minstens een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en je communiceert vlot
Je bent dynamisch, pro-actief en nauwkeurig
Vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, kennis van andere talen (Duits, Engels) is een pluspunt
Je staat ervoor open om opleidingen te volgen in het buitenland.
Je kan gestructureerd naar een technische oplossing zoeken.
Je werkt graag in team maar bent tegelijkertijd ook zeer zelfstandig.
Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan de verschillende gesprekspartners
