Pour un de nos clients actifs dans le domaine pharmaceutique, nous recherchons un Site Manager (h/f/x). **Fonction**: Vous réalisez le suivi complet d'un chanteir Fixe - Vous Planifiez les travaux de maintenance préventive et curative, suivi des travaux réalisés par l'équipe et les sous-traitants, - Vous réalisez la rédaction d'offres de prix, vous gérez le contact et le suivi client, de mêm que les reporting vers le client, commande et gestion du matériel,... - Vous avez une gestion d'équipe (2 personnes) : organisation du travail, planning, suivi des prestations de l'équipe, gestion des sous-traitants. **Offre**: - Horaires de jour avec intégration au système de garde (w-e et après horaires normaux). 1 semaine sur 2 jusqu'à la fin de l'année, puis 1x/mois. - Rémunération à déterminer selon votre expérience. - Véhicule de société + carte carburant Ticket repas **Profil et compétences**: - Formation en HVAC > maîtrise des différentes techniques de faÃ-on approfondie (pratique et théorique) - Profil technique généraliste en HVAC - Idéalement une expérience dans le milieu pharmaceutique et connaissance de ses protocoles / exigences spécifiques. **À propos de l'organisation**: La maintenance d'un secteur Pharmaceutique n'a plus de secret pour vous?
