Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Life Sciences and a knack for managing complex projects and inspiring teams? Avantor is looking for a **Site Manager** to drive innovation and excellence across our customer operations in **Brussels-Wallonia**.

In this hybrid role, you’ll wear two hats**:Project Manager** and **Site Lead**. You’ll lead strategic initiatives while overseeing daily operations and empowering a team of 60-70 associates. If you're a people-first leader with a strong background in project management and a customer-centric mindset, this could be your next big move.

**How you will thrive and create an impact**:
**_ Project Leadership & Business Development_**
- Lead and deliver impactful projects in areas like Digital Solutions, Inventory Management, and Quality Management.
- Drive continuous improvement using proven methodologies and tools.
- Support new partnership implementations and business development initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation with precision.

**_ Site & Team Management_**
- Ensure smooth daily operations and high performance across your team.
- Recruit, train, and coach associates and Team Leaders.
- Champion process improvements and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business-related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven track record in project and people management. Experience in contract negotiation or service coordination is a plus.
- ** Languages**: Fluent in **French** (essential) and **English**.
- ** Tech Skills**: Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and Visio are assets.
- ** Soft Skills**: Customer-focused, resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated.
- ** Other**: Valid driver’s license required.
