We are looking for a **Transversal Learning Lead** who is **passionate, strategic **and** collaborative** to join our **Global Learning and Development** team, based in our **headquarters** in **Brussels**, **Belgium.**

**About the role**

As a Transversal Learning Lead, you will shape and develop a vibrant, connected learning ecosystem that empowers employees’ personal and professional growth. You’ll lead the change in curating and delivering a global learning portfolio, leveraging data and insights to measure success and continuously enhance learning initiatives. Your work will drive us toward a future where learning is a passion, not just a necessity.

**Who you’ll work with**

**What you’ll do**
- Identify and prioritize learning needs using data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
- Curate, launch, and enhance a comprehensive learning portfolio across essential, advanced, and mastery levels.
- Develop inclusive and personalized learning solutions aligned with diverse learner profiles.
- Use data to measure the impact of learning programs and track capability development.
- Collaborate with internal communication teams to promote learning initiatives effectively.
- Build strategic partnerships with external providers to source high-quality learning materials.

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- 10+ years of experience in HR, partnering closely with the business.
- Advanced proficiency in using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and aligning strategies across diverse teams.
- International project experience and ability to operate effectively at a global level in matrix organizations.
- Experience in designing and delivering innovative learning programs using cutting-edge methods.
