As part of our global journey to emerge stronger, we have assembled a new team in Europe to be the hub for an enterprise-wide initiative focused on bringing winning Dispensed innovations to market, both short and long-term

‘Dispensed’ innovation is a priority for our system to defend share and profitability amid strengthening sustainability trends and future legislation. Moreover, we want to think of ‘Dispensed’ in a more holistic way across our total beverage portfolio, to better serve our existing consumers and to reach new consumers.

As a team, we have cross-system senior support (TCCC, CCEP, HBC) and collaboration to move fast, test-and-learn.

**We are looking for a highly motivated person who has passion for this sustainability topic, drives projects independently and enjoys working within a network.**

**KEY WORKING PARAMETERS**

**Focus, Scope, & Impact**:

- Develop and implement an attractive consumer proposition for the new dispensing system, leveraging research, overall communication, outlet activation and commercial tools to provide system with viable/sustainable alternatives to packaged beverages and at the same time capture the Dispensed opportunity, with for now, particular focus on new-to-dispensed channels of At-work and On-the-Go
- Define initial proposition/brief with consumer hat top of mind.
- Identify the critical consumer and customer needs (drivers and barriers) and ensure regular feedback / validation throughout development process
- Facilitate discussion of other non-consumer needs into one brief
- Drive/Lead the learnings, iteration of refinement and improvement of proposition
- Laser focused on testing, learning and iterating, meaning:

- Drive design of and ensure execution of the consumer tests
- Be #1 expert in the consumer learnings from these tests
- Lead the recommendation on the improvements to proposition (Understanding needs from commercial/ cross-functional counterparts beyond consumere.g., commercial / financial..)
- Set-up the field test and make sure the cross-functional team is briefed and executes those improvements
- Develop and manage challenging timeline to accelerate roll-out
- Support the implement/roll-out BP/LRP preparation/process
- Work very close with the K&I and marketing teams
- Collaborate with the dispensed Global package-Less team to ensure a consistent, powerful omni-channel strategy
- Clearly present the strategy, learnings and way forward to the Steerco (LT) members
- Manage the DME and Opex for the consumer part of the project

**KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

**Experience & Skills**
- 5 years commercial/marketing experience in AFH with customers focused on equipment.
- Business experience across multiple functions (Marketing, commercial, operations, equipment, innovation)
- Strong financial and business system acumen, and foundational understanding of consumers.
- Entrepreneurial and Innovative: comfortable with uncertainty and testing and learning approach
- Take proactive actions, is solution oriented, problem solver
- Has a good balance between strategy, creativity, and execution
- Is a great team player and collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing external suppliers and agencies
- Familiarity with beverage equipment (dispensers, coolers, vending), digital and software, supply chain, product development and/or regulatory is a plua

**Communication Focus**
- External: Communicate directly with several senior level customer profiles, including up to CEO engagement. Adept at communicating KO and bottler business strategies, equipment & technical strategies, sustainability as well as an ability to connect opportunities based upon the customers equipment needs and strategy.
- Internal: Interacts with both operational and senior system leaders. Must be able to succinctly steward the business opportunities as well as risk. Must be able to engage with both bottling leadership in a market on implications beyond the individual customer as well as giving clear direction to the bottler sales teams working on that customer. Must be proficient at effectively handling customer equipment issues and misalignments in a manner that is both objective and transparent, as well as balanced while positively contributing to the customer relationship.
