The Aexis CPM (Corporate Performance Management) division is well known
in the Benelux Market and France and highly respected for its in-depth
knowledge of FP&A, financial consolidation, andmanagement reporting.

Aexis is implementing Modelling, Analytics & AI technology such as “IBM
Planning Analytics & Watson, IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Analytics” and
Jedox.

as Hospitals, Municipalities and Industry specific which can be activated in
very short timelines.

Aexis develops and implements also specific compliance software as IFRS
16, IFRS 17 and ESG reporting.

Aexis helps customers in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and
Reporting since more then 30 years and is looking for new colleagues to
strengthen their team in a growingmarket.

Your role

**We are looking for a senior project manager **who can help in managing
CPM implementation projects and operational business activities.

You will manage implementation projects on FP&A and reporting processes
and contribute to the internal Aexis operational processes as consultants
invoicing, planning & forecasting, reporting and other.

You will be surrounded by experienced colleagues that will collaborate with
you to work on CPM projects at the customers’ premises or at our offices.
You will get the opportunity to get acquainted with various businesses and
industries combining web development and CPM process knowledge.
- Your Responsibilities- Project Management on CPM projects or similar. As project manager you will steer the full project

starting with definition of the statement of work to final acceptance of the project.
- Assist consultants during the implementation in content, analysis, development, testing ,.
- Report to Aexis management on project progress, risks, project budget and variances
- Advise the customer in best practices for implementation of CPM concepts
- Safeguard project KPI’s in order to obtain success
- Contribute to the company strategy and objectives
- Prepare project management reports and steering committees
- Keep up to date with latest versions of the leading software IBM Analytics, IBM PA and Jedox.
- Conduct knowledge transfer towards our clients and training of end-users, including sharing best

practices
- Support, Coach and Assist customers in usage and change when rolling out the CPM process by

using best in class technology IBM PA and Jedox
- Inform and share knowledge with functional teammembers

**Required Skills**:
In our new colleague, we seek for someone who is familiar with implementation of CPM processes or
following:

- You have a university degree, or you have recently graduated as a master’s in information

management, applied economics, information Systems Engineering or comparable by experience.
- Able to work independently and deliver against deadlines.
- Creative, pro-active, eager to learn, self-develop and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and in French or Dutch.
- Customer centric
- Work in a secure, thorough, efficient, and comprehensive manner.
- Assets are:

- Prince 2 certified
- Experience with Jira or similar project management software
- Good to excellent knowledge of MS office 365 andmore specific MS Excel
