financial consolidation, andmanagement reporting.

Aexis is implementing Modelling, Analytics & AI technology such as “IBM Planning
Analytics &Watson, IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Analytics” and Jedox.

Municipalities and Industry specific which can be activated in very short timelines.

Aexis develops and implements also specific compliance software as IFRS 16, IFRS 17 and
ESG reporting.

Aexis helps customers in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting since
more then 30 years and is looking for new colleagues to strengthen their team in a
growingmarket.

Your role
**We are looking for a junior BI Consultant **who can help in developing visualizations
and analysis reports for financial FP&A and Management reporting processes.

You will contribute to the identification of End User BI business requirements for
business and finance processes such as “long-range financial plan, annual financial
budget, periodic forecast, management reporting and analysis” ao. You will prototype
the reports and visualizations and assist to make all reports operational.

You will run spot checks on BI developments. You will collaborate closely other team
members as the UI design and modeling development team. You will document your
work and share with colleagues for support andmaintenance.

You will be surrounded by experienced colleagues that will collaborate with you to work
on CPM projects at the customers’ premises or at our offices. You will get the opportunity
to get acquainted with various businesses and industries combining web development
and CPM process knowledge.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop BI reports by making use of leading BI / CPM software IBM Analytics ,IBM PA and

Jedox.
- Test reports and optimize in visualization and performance
- Keep up to datewith latest versions of the leading software IBMAnalytics, IBMPA and Jedox.
- Conduct knowledge transfer towards our clients and training of end-users, including sharing

best practices
- Support, Coach and Assist customers in usage and change of the BIR reports and visualizations
- Informand share knowledgewith functional teammembers

**Required Skills**:
In our new colleague, we seek for someonewho is familiar with BI, visualization techniques and
reporting business processes or has great interest in learning in this field of expertise. More
- You are following a university degree, or you have recently graduated as amaster or bachelor’s

in information management, Application Development, Web Design, Business and Information
Systems Engineering or comparable.
- Able towork independently and deliver against deadlines.
- Creative, pro-active, eager to learn, self-develop and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication andwriting skills in English and in French or Dutch.
- Customer centric
- Work in a secure, thorough, efficient, and comprehensivemanner.
- Assets are:

- Experience working with data and data warehousing business solutions
- Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts
- Thorough understanding of Cognos Reporting and Dashboard
- Turning data into analytics
- Create professional reports that provide critical insights into what is happening in customer
business
- Build stunning visualizations that unlock trends, patterns, and outliers
- Understandingmulti-dimensional data, cubes, subsets, dimensions
