Junior BI Consultant

The Aexis CPM (Corporate Performance Management) division is well known in the
Benelux Market and France and highly respected for its in-depth knowledge of FP&A,
financial consolidation, andmanagement reporting.

Aexis is implementing Modelling, Analytics & AI technology such as “IBM Planning
Analytics &Watson, IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Analytics” and Jedox.

Municipalities and Industry specific which can be activated in very short timelines.

Aexis develops and implements also specific compliance software as IFRS 16, IFRS 17 and
ESG reporting.

Aexis helps customers in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting since
more then 30 years and is looking for new colleagues to strengthen their team in a
growingmarket.

Your role

**We are looking for an operational controller**who can help in managing the consultants
team on operational activities and reporting.

You will manage the monthly invoicing, reporting and forecast on services. You will
safeguard the service operational margin on consultants work, chargeability and
billability. You will contribute to internal projects and developments.

You will be surrounded by experienced colleagues that will collaborate with you to work
on internal projects and operational activities. You will get the opportunity to get
acquainted with various businesses and industries combining web development and
CPM process knowledge.
- Your Responsibilities- Managemonthly billing and reporting process on services delivered
- Manage consultants forecast and annual budget
- Analyze customer profitability andmake suggestions for improvements
- Analyze project profitability and safeguard projectmargin objectives
- Assist project manager and consultants in realization of their performance objectives by

explain KPI values and impact on company results
- Report to Aexismanagement on profitability of service delivery and project delivery.
- Advise Aexis Management best practices for automating internal processes
- Contribute to the company strategy and objectives
- Keep up to datewith latest versions of the leading software IBMAnalytics, IBMPA and Jedox.
- Informand share knowledgewith functional teammembers
- Collaboratewith local accountants

**Required Skills**:
In our new colleague, we seek for someone who is familiar with business controlling in a service
- You have a university degree, or you have recently graduated as a master’s in, applied

economics, management accounting, registered controlling or comparable by experience.
- Minimum3 years of experience in financial controlling
- Able towork independently and deliver against deadlines.
- Creative, pro-active, eager to learn, self-develop and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication andwriting skills in English and in French or Dutch.
- Customer centric
- Work in a secure, thorough, efficient, and comprehensivemanner.
- Assets are:

- Good to excellent knowledge of MS office 365 andmore specific MS Excel
- Usage of IBM PA(TM1)
