The Aexis CPM (Corporate Performance Management) division is well known in the
Benelux Market and France and highly respected for its in-depth knowledge of FP&A,
financial consolidation, andmanagement reporting.

Aexis is implementing Modelling, Analytics & AI technology such as “IBM Planning
Analytics &Watson, IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Analytics” and Jedox.

Municipalities and Industry specific which can be activated in very short timelines.

Aexis develops and implements also specific compliance software as IFRS 16, IFRS 17 and
ESG reporting.

Aexis helps customers in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting since
more then 30 years and is looking for new colleagues to strengthen their team in a
growingmarket.

Your role

**We are looking for a Junior CPM Consultant **who can help in the **design **of the User
and reporting.

You will contribute to the identification of End User Interface requirements such as
you make first prototyping, implementation, and testing of the UI for the customer

You will be the client's bridge between Model Development team and customer Finance
& Controlling team and make sure the end-users will enjoy a great UI when working with
our software.

You will be surrounded by your experienced colleagues that will guide and support you
to work on CPM projects at the customers’ premises or at our offices. You will get the
opportunity to get acquainted with various businesses and industries combining web
development and CPM process knowledge.

Your Responsibilities

within a team of CPM business consultants &modelers
- Translate the customer UI requirements into a prototype
- Develop and test customer UI after client validation
- Document development & tests performed
- Conduct knowledge transfer towards our clients and training of end-users,

including sharing best practices
- Keep up to date with latest trends and functionalities in new releases of the leading

CPM software
- Inform and share knowledge with functional teammembers
- Perform configuration/customization related activities to answer user

requirements in the domain of planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and
reporting**Required Skills**:
In our new colleague, we seek for someone who is familiar with designing a user
- friendly intuitive software solution or has great interest in learning in this field of
- You are following a university degree, or you have recently graduated as a master or

bachelor’s in information management, Application Development, Web Design,
Business and Information Systems Engineering comparable.
- Able to work independently, with ability to create effective solutions to deliver

against deadlines.
- Creative, pro-active, eager to learn, self-develop and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and in French or Dutch.
- Customer centric
- Work in a secure, thorough, efficient and comprehensive manner.
- Assets are:

- Familiar in working with visualizations
- Good to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Knowledge of WinDev / WebDev is an asset
- First hands-on experience with a creation of a user interface is an asset.
- Knowledge of MDX and HTML5 is an asset
