Benelux Market and France and highly respected for its in-depth knowledge of FP&A,
financial consolidation, andmanagement reporting.

Aexis is implementing Modelling, Analytics & AI technology such as “IBM Planning
Analytics &Watson, IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Analytics” and Jedox.

Municipalities and Industry specific which can be activated in very short timelines.

Aexis develops and implements also specific compliance software as IFRS 16, IFRS 17 and
ESG reporting.

Aexis helps customers in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting since

Your role

**We are looking for a CPM Business Consultant **who can help in understanding and
translating financial FP&A and Reporting processes into technical modelling and BI
and reporting.

You will contribute to the identification of End User business requirements for business
and finance processes such as “long-range financial plan, annual financial budget,
periodic forecast, management reporting and analysis”. You will define with the
customer the report layouts and visualizations. You will document all business
requirements as a blueprint for the CPM modeling / BI consultants. You will run spot
checks on model developments and conduct E2E tests with the customer. You will look
after consistence between developments and customer requirements. You will
collaborate closely with the UI design and modeling / BI development team. You will
document your work and share with colleagues for support andmaintenance.

You will be surrounded by experienced colleagues that will collaborate with you to work
on CPM projects at the customers’ premises or at our offices. You will get the opportunity
to get acquainted with various businesses and industries combining web development
and CPM process knowledge.

Your Responsibilities
- Capture and document business requirements on FP&A and Reporting processes to

be automated in leading CPM / BI software as IBM PA with Watson (TM1), IBM
Analytics and Jedox.
- Handover functional business requirements to modeling/BI and UI consultants
- Safeguard consistency of developments with functional requirements
- Organize and conduct E2E testing workshops with the customer
- Conduct knowledge transfer towards our clients and training of end-users,

including sharing best practices
- Support, Coach and Assist customers in usage and change of the analytical models
- Keep up to date with latest trends and functionalities in new releases of the leading

CPM software
- Keep up to date with financial planning processes in vertical segments as hospitals,

municipalities and industry.
- Inform and share knowledge with functional teammembers
- Perform analysis in usage of AI in financial forecastingmodels

**Required Skills**:
In our new colleague, we seek for someone who is familiar with FP&A and reporting
business processes or has great interest in learning in this field of expertise. The
controlling experience.
- You have a university degree, or you have graduated as a master or bachelor’s in

Management Accounting and/or business controlling or similar by experience.
- Able to work independently and deliver against deadlines.
- Creative, pro-active, eager to learn, self-develop and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and in French or Dutch.
- Customer centric
- Work in a secure, thorough, efficient, and comprehensive manner.
- Assets are:

- Registered Controller or member of VRC or Bimac
- Good to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Good expertise in financial reporting layout and visualizations
- Familiar in working with CPM tools by preference IBM PA (TM1) or Jedox but
not amust.
- Technical knowledge of multidimensional technology or willing to learn
