**Functie**:
Als Junior Training & Web Coördinator help je mee om de opleidingen en evenementen van UBA vlot te laten verlopen én zorg je ervoor dat onze website up-to-date en gebruiksvriendelijk is.

**1. Trainingen & Community Meetings organiseren (UBA Academy & Exchange Communities)**
- Je zorgt ervoor dat trainingen op tijd en duidelijk online staan.
- Je verzamelt info van collega’s, controleert de teksten en publiceert ze in drie talen.
- Je houdt de interne trainingskalender bij en volgt de inschrijvingen op.
- Je helpt bij het organiseren van online en fysieke trainingen (zaal klaarmaken, trainer ondersteunen, catering regelen,...).
- Je zorgt voor praktische zaken zoals deelnemerslijsten, evaluaties, en certificaten.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van deelnemers en helpt hen vriendelijk en snel verder.
- Je zorgt mee voor een professionele en gastvrije ervaring voor alle deelnemers.

**2. Websitebeheer**
- Je maakt pagina’s aan of past ze aan via ons CMS (geen programmeerkennis nodig).
- Je zorgt dat alles logisch en duidelijk is opgebouwd voor de bezoekers.
- Je houdt informatie actueel, checkt op foutjes, en beheert documenten en afbeeldingen.
- Je werkt samen met de communicatie
- en eventteams voor afstemming van inhoud.
- Je test nieuwe functies en werkt samen met externe ontwikkelaars bij technische problemen.

**Profiel**:

- Afgestudeerd in Marketing & Communication Support of een gerelateerd veld.
- Een positieve, enthousiaste instelling en een sterke bereidheid om te leren.
- Gemotiveerd door gestructureerd en administratief werk, inclusief repetitieve taken.
- Uitzonderlijke precisie, oog voor detail en opvolging.
- Zelfstandig werker, maar ook een teamspeler.
- Uitstekende communicator: duidelijk, professioneel en ledengericht in zowel interne als externe interacties.
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans; goede beheersing van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Goede vaardigheid in xls.
- Affiniteit met een CMS/CRM/event management software is een pluspunt.
