Context

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) we're seeking to join our dynamic Group HRBP team plays a key role as a strategic partner, ensuring alignment between organizational needs and people capabilities. They contribute to future-proof people practices that actively support our business strategy. The Senior HRBP serves as the primary liaison between our HR Centers of Excellence and the business, overseeing core HR processes and actively contributing to the ongoing development of HR policy, procedures, and tools.

Your Position
- Provide expert guidance to foster excellent people practices and cultivate an inclusive culture within business units.
- Offer advice and solutions regarding the people and organizational implications of corporate strategies and decisions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for comprehensive HR matters, including compensation and benefits, training, onboarding, and internal mobility, empowering management to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Facilitate talent management by supporting the business in accelerating the development of key talent and guiding succession planning.
- Lead the implementation of HR projects within business units/departments and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner for the management of business units/departments in major transformation/change projects.
- Support the business in building a robust people culture aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage workforce planning in accordance with business strategy and future needs.
- Collaborate with business/managers to define the future organization of departments and proactively plan associated changes and implementation steps.

Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Substantial experience as an HRBP, preferably in a service organization with a preference in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of Belgian labor law and state-of-the-art HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Autonomy and adaptability in a welcoming environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with handling operational HR activities. - Proven ability to set priorities and consistently deliver on commitments.
- Capability to inspire, gain buy-in, and influence to achieve results at the management level.
- Strong interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
