**Functieomschrijving**:
Ben je een professional die gepassioneerd is door dienstverlening en facility management? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken om ons team van gedetacheerden binnen de Facility Service Desk van onze klant BNPPF te versterken. Als Facility Coordinator sta je niet alleen in voor een snelle, kwalitatieve dienstverlening maar ga je ook rapportages maken en analyseren om te kijken waar je de processen kan optimaliseren.
Wat zal je doen?
- Je geeft leven aan de ‘my facility’-app. Je volgt nauwgezet het beheer en configuratie ervan op en kijk waar je kan optimaliseren.
- Je bent het brein achter de rapporten en analyses die verschillende afdelingen van de bank ondersteunen.
- Je zet je kennis en affiniteit met technologie en facilities in om tot innovatieve oplossingen te komen.
- Je bent proactief, lost problemen op en identificeert verbeterpunten.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen rond facilities en ben de schakel tussen de verschillende partijen.
- Het proactief oplossen van problemen en verbeterpunten binnen het team identificeren.
**Profiel**:
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een goed begrip en kennis van facility management
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in facility management
- Je bent klantgericht met een scherp oog voor problemen en een hart vol oplossingen
- Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt oog voor detail
- Je bent stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
- Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands/Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van Microsoft Office, voornamelijk Excel.
- Je hebt begrip van en affiniteit met Facility Management - ervaring in een soortgelijke rol is een plus
