**Your Responsibilities**
As part of the development of Oteis Advisory in Belgium, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Act as the single point of contact between the site's occupants and all the companies, entities, businesses and suppliers responsible for facility management tasks on the site
- Audit facility management services
- Ensure that occupier requests are formalised by creating tickets
- Conduct inspection campaigns on services and/or installations
- Actively lead and participate in the prevention of accidents and promote a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to applicable HSE policies and procedures
**About You**
- Engineering graduate or equivalent. Min 5-year experience in building operating and maintenance and expertise in building special techniques
- Knowledge of the management and maintenance requisites of a building’s operating cycle
- Technical auditing experience
- Technical skills in the building industry are appreciated (e.g. HVAC, electricity)
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality and client focus
- Advanced/Good knowledge of French and Dutch necessary
- Based in Brussels, you need to be flexible to travel to other locations in Belgium
