For our office in Brussels, Belgium we are looking for several Business Developers.

**Job description**

With your naturally commercial attitude you are responsible for the development and management of your customers portfolio:

- You will build and develop a client's portfolio targeting our core business, by contacting directly the client, listening and understanding their needs, presenting the company as a high quality solution and providing them with the best talents;
- You will manage your client's portfolio building and maintining a strong, long-lasting relationship based on comittment and trust ;
- You will team up with the recruitment experts to propose the best talents to your clients while using and developing your own network in order to get new talents;
- You will negociate the proposals with your clients ;
- You will anticipate your clients needs and be proactive regarding the business activities

**Your profile**
- You own a bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or Equivalent
- You have at least 2 years in a sales role in the consulting/software industry.
- You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus
- You currently live in Belgium
- You have a winner mentality
