Onze klant is al jaar en dag een gevestigde waarde in de wereld van vrachtwagens en bestelwagens. Door hun uitstekende service in onderhoud en herstellingen zijn ze de belangrijkste speler in de regio. Om dit nog efficiënter te laten verlopen zijn ze op zoek naar een parts advisor.

**Functiebeschrijving**
Het takenpakket van Parts Advisor ziet er als volgt uit:

- je bedient klanten aan de balie en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de telefoon
- je adviseert klanten bij de aankoop van onderdelen
- je bestelt de goederen, volgt de bestellingen op en controleert de ontvangen goederen
- je onderhoudt de contacten met de leveranciers en informeert jouw collega's in het atelier over de stock en de binnenkomende goederen
- je houdt alles ordelijk en overzichtelijk
- je respecteert deadlines
- je maakt facturen en bestelbons op

**Functie-eisen**
Voor de vacature van Parts Advisor zijn we op zoek naar iemand:

- die klantvriendelijk en commercieel aangelegd is
- die gebeten is door de automotive wereld
- die de Nederlandse en Franse taal onder de knie heeft
- die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
- die administratief sterk is

**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Voor de functie van Parts Advisor geniet je van volgend aanbod:

- je komt terecht in een familiale omgeving met korte communicatielijnen
- een gevarieerd en uitdagend takenpakket
- een vast uurrooster : van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 8u tot 17u
- 32 dagen verlof per jaar
- vast contract na geslaagde interim periode
