We are looking for a M365 Support Specialist to be responsible for day-to-day support for European Institution's staff around collaboration with Teams, document management in SharePoint Online and using Yammer for open communities
- Act as internal consultant able to provide coaching to the Staff and Managers with using M365 for more collaboration, transparent work, working out loud;
- Design, develop and deliver training sessions and materials in the domain of knowledge management, knowledge sharing and collaboration on M365;
- Create guidelines specific to European Institution by adapting corporate guidance and keeping a list of FAQs up to date;
- Provide daily support to all European Institution's Staff on topics like collaboration and knowledge sharing, focused on the adoption of Ms Teams and Yammer;
- Manage a small community of champions in European Institution and answering their questions to help them act as multipliers across the European Institution;
- Offer advice and practical support to staff (different target groups, including managers) to optimise knowledge, collaboration and information flows;
- Review, monitor and analyse best practice and latest developments in knowledge sharing and collaboration on M365 in the European Institution;

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Expertise and technical knowledge of the M365 collaborative suite of tools and its added value for collaboration and knowledge sharing (business perspective)
- Very good knowledge of the M365 collaborative solutions, especially MS Teams but also SharePoint Online (document management). Yammer, OneNote and Planner familiarity is an advantage
- Good people skills and high level of resilience (a lot of staff are resistant to change)
- Ability to exercise patience and stay calm when assisting staff who are less digitally fluent.
- Ability to give presentations and coaching sessions to all types of audience
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem-solving skills, critical thinking
- Capability to write/design visually clear and structured technical guidance
- Ability to understand, speak and write English C1. The same ability for French C1 will be an advantage.
