**Description of The Tasks**:

- Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices with IBM Framework, Java Enterprise technology, enterprise & web content management, XML, interoperability, etc..
- Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements.

**Specific expertise**
- Java 1.8 technology and J2EE architectures;
- Java tools and frameworks: Spring, ZK, Hibernate;
- IBM Case Manager and/or FileNet P8 platform and/or IBM Content Navigator;
- Activity Workflow Engine;
- Design of RDBMS and noSQL Databases;
- Relational Database;
- Web services (SOAP, REST, etc.).
- Defining and executing migration data and systems migration strategies.
- Oracle JMS Design (WebLogic).
- Oracle Application Server Design (WebLogic).
- Event Driven Design and pipelines using tools such as Spring Data Flow, Spark, Avro, Kafka, Zookeeper.
- Elastic Stack Design (Elastic Search, Log stash, Kibana,...)
- Good knowledge of digital signatures / encryption tools and processes.
- Good knowledge of archiving processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Production of Semantic Data Models following Open Standards such as OASIS UBL etc.
- Experience in implementation or support of large scale, enterprise-grade multi-user information systems, active participation in projects implementing or using Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or long-term digital preservation platforms.
- Good knowledge of web services, enterprise integration patterns and best practices as well as knowledge of cloud platforms and database management systems.

**Optional expertise**:

- Analysis of requirements, drafting of analysis deliverables, UML modelling, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular 2, JQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo or similar).
- Continuous integration: Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, JUnit or similar. o XML, XSLT, XPath, etc.
- Usage of S3 Object Repositories.
- Oracle Service Bus technologies and services.
- Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Agile Methodologies.
