We are looking, for one of our clients in Brussels, for an AP/AR
ACCOUNTANT

SALARY: 2500 - 3000 EUR / month

**Description du profil**:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Oversight and processing of all vendor invoices.
- Maintenance of records for payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Facilitation of vendor payments through check scheduling and ensuring timely settlement of outstanding credits, while addressing vendor inquiries related to finance.
- Preparation of account analyses and generation of monthly reports.
- Generation of customer invoices periodically or upon request.
- Execution of corrections or cancellations requested by customers.
- Management of the finance department mailbox to ensure efficient mail and postal dispatch.
- Management of customer receivables.
- Processing of payments and credit notes corresponding to invoices in the accounts.
- Issuance of customer reminders and formal notices.
- Collaborative efforts with debt collection agencies for challenging cases.
- Initiation of recovery proceedings in cases of customer bankruptcies.
WHAT WOULD WORK
- You have a relevant experience of 2 years in accounting.
- You have a good knowledge of BE GAAP.
- You are a real team player, and you can meet deadlines.
- You are at ease in an international context.
- You speak fluently in ENGLISH and FRENCH. Dutch is a nice to have.
