We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for outgoing, dedicated and motivated individuals who enjoy providing outstanding customer service to guests consistently. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for responding to all of our customer inquiries and requests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while maintaining laundry and some light maintenance.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage all guest service matters ensuring a comfortable stay and building relationships with guests.
- Travel to multiple locations
- Provide assistance with special requests including delivering such requests
- Liaise between the guest and office staff over any special requests that need to be resolved.
- Direct guests to the proper destination, such as restaurants, entertainment facilities, and local businesses.
- Greet guests in a timely manner; handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest payments and deposit in the bank
- Laundry on a daily basis
- Light Maintenance
- Some cleaning when needed
- Must be willing to work late hours and weekends
Pay: €1,700.00 - €1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Night shift

**Experience**:
- Hotel, Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (required)
