Functieomschrijving
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor 2 enititeiten
- Je staat in voor de reconciliation van de balansrekeningen en lonen
- Je staat in voor Credit control activiteiten
- Je zorgt voor maandelijkse-, trimestriële
- en jaarafsluitingen voor locale en group reporting
- Je doet de financiële planning, rapportage en analyse met maandelijkse controle zodoende mogelijke afwijkingen te kunnen verklaren en toelichten en overlegt met de Managing Director
- Je stelt verbetering van de dagelijkse financiële operaties voor
- Je zorgt voor maandelijkse rapportering van omzetcijfers aan het sales management aan de hand van KPI
- Je bent de verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse auditfiles
- Je werkt samen met 1 accounting medewerker (en je bent back up in geval van afwezigheid) en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director
- Bijkomstige taken: company car, ondersteuning van Sales Force Automation process, herzien en analyseren van leverancierscontracten
- Kennis van HR topics zoals arbeidscontract, loonadministratie, administrative taken is een sterk pluspunt

Profiel
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel?
- Je bent heel analytisch ingesteld?
- Je hebt een teamgeest, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan multitasken?
- Spreek je Nederlands, en je kan je uitdrukken in Frans en Engels?
- Heb je al min. 5 jaar ervaring in deze functie?
- Maar vooral je bent gemotiveerd om je te verdiepen en te specialiseren in de business

- Aanbevelingen opstellen voor de overdracht van effecten voor beurshandelaars
- Een businessplan, een beursintroductie, een overnamebod opstellen voor de leidinggevenden van een organisatie
- De krediet
- en marktrisico's,... van de organisatie bestuderen en identificeren
Oplossingen voorstellen om die risico's te dekken
- Financiële, economische en geopolitieke informatie met een mogelijke impact op de markten analyseren
