**Werken in een Telenet shop**
Jij legt klanten in de bovenste schuif én in de watten. Je gaat van “nog eens terugkomen?” naar “nog eens merci”, omdat je problemen bij het eerste contact van de baan ruimt. Je reikt klanten **innovatieve producten en oplossingen **aan, analyseert behoeftes en staat hen te woord in de shop en ook af en toe via chat, sociale media, mail en telefoon. En je doet dat vol enthousiasme. Met een luisterend oor en met de antenne op scherp, zodat je signalen vlug oppikt. Vliegensvlug, zelfs. Na de verkoop leun je niet zomaar achterover - of toch niet al te lang, want voor ‘Afterservice’ scoor je net zo goed een A+. Of je als verkoper of verkoopster af en toe ook **een **mooie geste **mag doen? ‘t Zal wel zijn.

Voor onze shops zoeken we sociale mensen, vertrouwensband-bouwers en **geboren helpers **die geen onderwerp uit de weg gaan. Een diploma of niet: dat maakt voor ons geen verschil - zolang jij het verschil maar wil maken voor onze klanten.
- Je redeneert logisch en denkt ‘ **digital first’ **.
- Je wil groeien en **nieuwe dingen leren **.
- Je hebt een passie voor ‘all things tech’.
- Je past je **flexibel **aan onze klanten aan, en aan hun situaties en noden.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, maar houdt tegelijk de teamresultaten in de gaten en rapporteert aan de Shop of District Manager.
- Je bent **commercieel ingesteld **en je doet het voor een uitstekende **klantenervaring **.
- De stress die gepaard gaat met assertieve klanten, flexibele inzetbaarheid of KPI’s krijgt jou niet klein - integendeel.
- Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.
- Met een eerste commerciële ervaring op zak heb je een streepje voor.
