Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Mechelen, Belgium - 5 days per week on-siteClient: Leading Radiopharmaceutical CompanyType: Permanent - Full-timeMain ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders from quote to invoice accurately and on time, meeting all deadlines.Provide prompt, professional responses to customer requests and queries.Maintain and update customer forms to ensure all information is accurate and current.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, policies, and procedures.Complete daily departmental tasks precisely to uphold high service standards.Maintain strong knowledge of company products and customer service processes.Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are consistently achieved.Escalate any issues outside policy to the Team Leader/Manager.Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams as needed.Main RequirementsExperience in a fast-paced customer service environment (medical/pharmaceutical preferred).Background in inbound call centres, retail, or other customer-facing roles.Excellent telephone etiquette and professional handling of orders and queries.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.ABOUT PLANET PHARMAPlanet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
