**La fonction**:
En tant que **Supply Chain Officer Junior (H/F/X)**, voici vos tâches:

- Vous serez en contact permanent avec les fournisseurs, les agents commerciaux et les transporteurs basées de par le monde;
- Vous serez en contact avec le service commercial et l'entrepôt;
- Suite aux commandes passées par les acheteurs:

- Vous vous assurez que la marchandise arrive en temps et en heure;
- Vous devez trouver des solutions/alternatives pour éviter les retards;
- Vous devrez solutionner les plaintes de non-conformité des marchandises reçues des fournisseurs;
- Vous devrez réceptionner et solutionner les plaintes des clients;
- Vous vous occupez d'expédier la marchandise vers le client final selon l'urgence;
- Vous prenez contact avec les différents prestataires afin de résoudre les possibles retards et informez le client;
- Vous gérez les litiges;
- Vous suivez la performance des fournisseurs et prestataires (KPI) afin de prendre les actions correctrices nécessaires;

En tant que** Supply Chain Officer Junior (H/F/X)**, voici votre profil:

- Vous possédez un **bac+3 en commerce extérieur ou transport et logistique**;
- Vous êtes **bilingue Français/ Anglais**;
- Vous aimez l'aspect commercial;
- Toute autre langue est un atout;
- Vous êtes minutieux et avez le souci du détail;
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes en communication (orale et écrite);
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation avec l'habilité à comprendre les priorités;
- Vous avez la capacité à respecter les échéances et à résister au stress;
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office;
- Vous êtes orienté client;
- Vous êtes disponible rapidement;
