**Description de la fonction
**Depending on the needs of C-lever.org, the time available and your specific skills, the different tasks to be accomplished can be the following:

- Contributing to C-lever's financial management and general and analytical accounting.
- Contributing to administrative and support processes such as: management of incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, update of the C-lever.org website, project/expert databases, etc., develop social media communication,...
- Supporting project management an implementation: follow-up and invoicing, payment, contracting, communication, development of project proposals, document review, etc.
- Supporting the implementation of C-lever.org's administrative, financial, accounting, fiscal and logístical procedures and obligations and their continuous improvement; including updating the C-lever.org procedures manual and supporting C-lever.org's optimal usage of the Odoo system (an ERP software).
- Supporting the preparation and drafting of minutes of the management team and expert meetings.

**Description du profil
**We are looking for a profile that:

- Has a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, business management or economics, with knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
- Is Fluent in English and has a good working knowledge in French, with a knowledge of Dutch being welcomed.
- Is inspired by social/impact entrepreneurship and the values and aspirations of C-lever.org.
- Is ready to carry out a large range of administrative and management support tasks.

**We offer a paid traineeship in the field of accounting, office management, administration and management support. This opportunity is tailored for a person eager for first work experiences in an impact enterprise and ethical consulting setting. The traineeship, offering conditions as per Brussels' Government regulations, has a duration of 6 months and will start as soon as possible.
