As Marketing Technology & Data Expert you are the expert in marketing technology (Salesforce, Adobe, Selligent,). You analyze various customer data and initiate new - automated - campaigns. In this way you help us proactively approach our (potential) customers and create extra leads and business.

**Your role**
- Within the marketing vision and strategy, you work on setting up the local marketing technology landscape. You understand how systems and tools are linked and how they interact, always the customer first in your approach.
- You analyze customer data coming from various sources. Based on that, you share new ideas regarding segmentation, customer approach, campaigns, business opportunities, etc. and you take the lead in further developing and using them
- In collaboration you define scenarios with regard to automation and personalized approach towards customers.
- You are an expert in the established marketing technology (Salesforce, Adobe, ) and train and guide colleagues in this.
- You ensure that colleagues from other departments and our distribution network have access to customer data and advise them in taking the right actions
- You stay up-to-date with the latest developments regarding marketing technology. You make proposals for further internal optimization.
- You set up performance reporting regarding campaigns, customer groups, segments, etc.
- You work closely with the other Marketing Colleagues
- You report to the Head of Customer Loyalty.

**Your profile**
- You have experience and ambition in marketing technology (e.g. Selligent, Adobe, Salesforce,).
- Preferably you already have a first experience with analysis tools (such as Power BI, Alteryx), SQL, data architectures, customer facing systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouse) and/or marketing clouds.
- You are analytically strong and have a quick understanding of data, systems and tools.
- Proactive and drive for results
- You are organizationally strong and approach things on a project basis. You ensure that things move forward, ensure that all parties achieve their results and can unravel knots.
- Based on your expertise, you act as a credible discussion partner for colleagues and external parties.
- You work accurately.
