Le **restaurant Hanami**, spécialisé dans la cuisine japonaise à Bruxelles, recherche un **Responsable Manager** expérimenté et motivé pour assurer la gestion quotidienne de l’établissement et garantir une expérience client optimale.
**Missions principales**:
- Superviser et encadrer l’équipe en salle et au bar
- Assurer un service fluide et de qualité
- Gérer les plannings et organiser le travail du personnel
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Optimiser l’expérience client et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction
- Suivre les performances du restaurant et proposer des améliorations
- Assurer la coordination avec la direction pour le bon fonctionnement de l’établissement
**Profil recherché**:
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en restauration
- Excellentes compétences en gestion d’équipe et en organisation
- Sens du service client et capacité à gérer des situations complexes
- Autonomie, rigueur et réactivité
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion et des indicateurs de performance
**Conditions de travail**:
- **Contrat** : CDI - 38h/semaine ou plus
- **Horaires**:
- Lundi - Jeudi : 16h00 - 22h30
- Vendredi & Samedi : 16h00 - 23h00
- **Rémunération** : Salaire à négocier selon expérience + avantages extra-légaux
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
Rémunération : 2 000,00€ à 3 500,00€ par mois
