Tasks
- As a deputy head of department, you make sure that your team is motivated, your customers feel comfortable and all internal processes run smoothly. If you are competent in these areas, you are the perfect match for us
- As a deputy head of department, you will be the technical and disciplinary representative of the head of department and will be the first point of contact for the team.
- In addition, you will be involved in the training and further education of the employees and the team.
- As a true sales talent, you are also present on the sales floor and fulfill the customers' shopping wishes, thus ideally increasing sales in the department.
- In your role, you will ensure a smooth daily flow on the sales floor. This includes the preparation of staff schedules and the optimal handling of goods on the sales floor
- Together with the department management, you are responsible for the control and implementation of measures to achieve the department's goals.
**Requirements**:
- In your position, you shine with your friendly and courteous nature and put a smile on the customers' faces. You enjoy advising customers and are a salesperson through and through.
- You have completed training as a retail salesperson or a degree with knowledge of têxtiles, or you have completed further training as a retail specialist or comparable training and further training.
- Professional experience in a service-oriented area as well as first experience in employee management and motivation are desirable, career changers are also welcome.
- Your result-oriented, structured and independent way of working speaks for itself
- A confident and authentic appearance coupled with assertiveness and strong communication skills characterize you
- An affinity for fashion and lifestyle as well as a basic understanding of business management round off your profile.
