**Description**:
**What's the challenge ?**
As **HR Project Officer,** you will support the Project Manager on classification and job description:
- You will guarantee the quality and reliability of the information exchanged between the external partner and the internal teams ;
- You will participate in the analysis to ensure the transversality and consistency of the descriptions of functions ;
- You will support the project manager as needed (analysis, reporting, communication...) ;
- You will participate in the preparation of communication tools accompanying the implementation of the project.
**Requirements**:
**Who are you ?**
- You have great planning, coordination and management skills ;
- You have good administrative skills and are comfortable working in an environment where processes are important ;
- You are familiar with the job description and classification methodology ;
- You are familiar with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel...) ;
- You are a team player ;
- You actively contribute to a good team spirit, to knowledge sharing and to the building of a collective expertise ;
- You speak French or Dutch and have a good command of the other language.
