We do a lot, but with you as an internal account manager, maybe we can do even more? Your tasks as an internal account manager

As an internal account manager, you are a partner and advisor for our B2B customers. Listening, advising and convincing are basic skills for you. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

- Selling both our connectivity products and our transactional IT solutions.
- Speaking to dial-up customers from the small and medium enterprise segment.
- Supporting customers through the entire sales cycle in their search for the solution that suits them best. As a sales at heart, in addition to this reactive approach, you will also proactively look for opportunities.
- Registering your sales and administrative processing. This makes you the perfect point of contact for customers who can also turn to you as SPOC for future questions.
- Creating new opportunities through cross
- and upselling.

- You think and act at bachelor level.
- You have worked in a commercial role before and feel most comfortable working for B2B clients.
- You work efficiently and independently.
- You are client-focused and service-minded, through your understanding of the client and our business you manage to offer the best possible solutions.
- Presenting and negotiating are your finger on the pulse.
- You read, speak and write Dutch and English fluently. You do not shy away from a conversation in French.
- Have you worked in a telecom or IT environment before? Interest is more than enough, but experience gives you an edge.
