As **Guest Relations Associate** you strive to providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential. You will work closely with all departments in the hotel. Moreover, you help develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests. You participate in checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within the Minor Hotels. You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests might have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel. **Who are you?** - Your goal is to make sure every guest leaves satisfied - You are a natural host and have a big Heart for Hospitality - You are always one step ahead, and you love to exceed the guests' expectations. "No" is not an option for you; - You get energized by interacting with colleagues and guests from different cultures, you have a positive mindset and an eye for detail; - You speak and write English fluently and good knowledge of French.
