The start date would be in February 2026.As a Guest Relations Trainee, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' overall experience. Here's what you'll be doing: Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues with efficiency and courtesy. Occasionally assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing personalized assistance to each guest. Fostering meaningful conversations with our guests, forging lasting connections, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Supporting the reception team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's operations. Our ideal profile? Someone proficient in English (a good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus), enrolled in a hospitality school or similar program, and most importantly, someone with a burning passion for customer service. You will develop practical skills in hotel management and Guest Relations. You will have the opportunity to participate in internal training sessions and networking events. For students residing abroad, we offer accommodation. Complimentary lunch provided during your shifts. Schedules are from 7am to 3pm and from 3pm till 11pm.
