Tasks

You manage the campaigns daily in accordance with the monthly budget and the quarterly objectives. In this aim:

- You are data literate: you understand the results at every step of the funnel and you base your next decisions and experiments on these data.
- You have a genuine curiosity about the customer’s pains & goals. You work them into your copy, e.g. in ads and landing pages.
- You enjoy creating visual assets or overseeing their production. You make sure these are on-brand.
- You constantly run experiments to optimize performance on current channels: Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, and add new ones to our portfolio.
- You understand the role performance channels play in the overall marketing strategy and seek to maximize it.

**Requirements**:

- Dutch or French is your native language
- You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
- You are willing to learn fast
- You are passionate about (performance) marketing
