Description
As an HR Consultant you’ll work on operational projects based on your HR backgrounds and personal goals, onsite for various clients in various sectors.
You will help our clients improve their efficiency of HR services by assessing their existing HR processes and developing recommendations in various matters:
- Digital HR
- Learning and development
- Talent management
- HR analytics
- Payroll
- Talent acquisition
- Compensation and benefits
The ideal HR Consultant will possess a HR know-how. They will have interest in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills and a love for the digital aspect of HR.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsability of an inhouse project during several months
- Help improve HR processes
- Be an HumanX ambassador
Must Have Requirements
- Ideally a Master degree or a Bachelor’s degree (with 2 years of experience)
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
