- You lead sourcing efforts across various channels to identify and attract talent for both office positions and digital consulting roles.
- You provide actionable insights on sourcing activities and pipeline performance to guide recruitment decisions.
- You enhance the organization’s employer brand through creative social media campaigns and referral programs.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on project, data, and digital-oriented roles preferred.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in English; Dutch or French proficiency is a plus.
