Our client is looking for an **IT Project Manager** to work with the IT Integration Team.

The IT Integration Team is responsible for delivering a wide range of projects that contribute to a robust and flexible IT architecture. Our focus is on system integration using **Tibco BusinessWorks Middleware**, efficiently connecting complex IT landscapes. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and lead multiple projects using the agile/scrum methodology.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects within a middleware integration environment.
- Lead multiple IT integration projects simultaneously, ensuring structured and efficient execution according to the agile methodology.
- Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement integration solutions.
- Monitor and clearly communicate the responsibilities between the integration team and other teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Communicate project progress in terms of scope, budget, and planning.
- Anticipate potential risks and develop preventive solutions.
- Guide and manage a team through scrum call meetings.

**Profile and Skills**:

- A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a system integration or middleware environment.
- In-depth knowledge of agile/scrum methodology, with experience as a Scrum Master.
- Ability to coach and guide teams in both project management and scrum approaches.
- Basic knowledge of IT integration such as API management, REST, SOAP, transcoding, data transformation, Event-driven, Asynchronous, and Synchronous Integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and integration principles.
- Communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
