For incoming shipments:

- For incomings sea / air shipments from China & USA: create import file in excel and process in SAP
- Prepare instructions for import and send to forwarding agent
- Process inbound shipment in customs system (TRIS)
- For outgoing shipments:

- Process export shipments (EU and non-EU) in customs system (TRIS)
- Organise outbound transport (by courier, by truck, by vessel) - Create shipping labels and shipping documents.
- Make company sales invoice to customer
- Drop shipments: prepare excel file and process in SAP - communication with our logistic team in China.
- Solve problems (if any) with deliveries
- Communication with customers to arrange pick ups and actions to take (pick-up file).
- Create certificate of origin.
- Reports:

- Register the details of outgoing shipments in excel sheet (outbound).
- Reporting of month closure files.
